Tempo privacy policy
Your workouts stay on your phone in the current Android prototype.

Tempo is developed and operated by YOHAN BAILLET, Swiss sole proprietorship, UID CHE-439.205.176, Route de Mex 1, c/o SDJ fiduciaire Sàrl, 1036 Sullens, Switzerland. Privacy contact: yohanbaillet@gmail.com.
Workout data on your device
Workout names, distances, target times and paces, repetitions, recovery periods, favourites, drafts and settings are stored locally on your Android device to create and display your workouts. The current app does not send them to us or to an application server.
No account, GPS access, Garmin data import, advertising SDK, audience analytics or remote crash reporting is present in this version. The watch preview is a simulation, not an activity recording.
Sharing and deletion
The Android share action sends a text summary to the app or recipient you choose. That recipient’s policies apply. Local workouts remain until you delete them. Clearing app storage or uninstalling Tempo removes local data. We have no server copy to restore. Deleting a workout does not remove copies you previously shared.
If you contact us
Your email address, message and attachments are used to answer your enquiry and manage the relationship. The contact mailbox uses Google Gmail. Please avoid sending unnecessary health information.
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, or to comply with applicable legal recordkeeping and resolve disputes. Irrelevant correspondence can be deleted on request, subject to those obligations.
Google may process correspondence outside Switzerland, including in the United States, under its privacy policy and applicable international transfer frameworks. We do not sell your data or use your messages for advertising.
Garmin integration: planned, not active
We intend to let users authorise publication of their own structured workouts to Garmin Connect using the Training API. Access approval and implementation are pending. No Garmin connection, token storage or transfer is active in the current prototype.
Before enabling that feature, we will update this policy to identify the actual data exchanged, infrastructure and recipients, countries and safeguards, retention periods, and disconnection and deletion options. Users will receive that information before authorising the connection. Health metrics and historical activity data are not required for the proposed initial integration.
Information submitted to Tempo is submitted to YOHAN BAILLET, not to Garmin. Garmin is not responsible for Tempo’s handling of that information. Garmin’s own services are governed by Garmin’s privacy policy.
