Who is responsible
YOHAN BAILLET, Swiss sole proprietorship, Route de Mex 1, c/o SDJ fiduciaire Sàrl, 1036 Sullens, Switzerland. Contact: yohanbaillet@gmail.com.
This policy covers yohanbaillet.com and business enquiries. The Android app has a separate Tempo privacy policy.
Visiting the website
The website is a static portfolio. The site code does not install advertising, audience-measurement or social tracking scripts, and does not create a visitor account. Fonts and images are served with the website.
To deliver pages and protect the service, the hosting provider Vercel receives technical request data, which can include your IP address, requested URL, time, browser information and response status. Technical logs may be retained for service operation, security and troubleshooting under the provider’s service policies. We do not maintain a separate visitor analytics database.
Hosting and transfers
Vercel Inc. is based in the United States and operates a distributed network. Requests may be processed outside Switzerland, including in the United States; routing depends on the delivery and security infrastructure. Vercel describes its processing, retention criteria and international safeguards, including its Swiss–U.S. Data Privacy Framework participation, in its privacy notice. This site does not claim Swiss-only hosting.
External services
Scheduling links open Calendly. Project video links open Vimeo. Neither service is embedded or loaded by this site; they receive your request when you choose to visit them. Their policies then apply: Calendly and Vimeo. Other external links likewise take you to independent websites.
If you contact us
Your email address, message and attachments are used to answer your enquiry and manage the relationship. The contact mailbox uses Google Gmail. Please avoid sending unnecessary health information.
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the request and any follow-up, or to comply with applicable legal recordkeeping and resolve disputes. Irrelevant correspondence can be deleted on request, subject to those obligations.
Google may process correspondence outside Switzerland, including in the United States, under its privacy policy and applicable international transfer frameworks. We do not sell your data or use your messages for advertising.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use necessary technical data to deliver and secure the website, and correspondence to respond to enquiries or perform requested services. Where the GDPR applies, the grounds are our legitimate interests in operating a secure professional website and answering enquiries, steps towards or performance of a contract, and legal obligations where applicable. Optional consent, if requested for a future feature, can be withdrawn.
Your rights
Contact yohanbaillet@gmail.com to request information about personal data held about you, correction, deletion or restriction, as provided by applicable law. Where applicable, you may also object, withdraw consent or request portability. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Access requests are normally answered within 30 days; we will explain any necessary extension.
You may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or the competent authority in your country. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
Changes
The current version is available at this address. Material changes affecting additional data collection will be explained before the new processing begins.
