What Tempo does
Tempo helps you create and organise running workouts with distance, time, pace, repetitions, recovery, warm-up and cool-down steps. The current Android prototype operates locally. It does not track your location or send workouts to a watch. The watch preview is a phone-based simulation. Creating a session in under 30 seconds is a design objective, not a guaranteed result.
Prototype and pricing
The current prototype is free, without a subscription. Features may evolve and errors may occur. Any future paid offer will disclose its price and terms before purchase; using this prototype does not create a payment obligation.
Training choices
You choose your own training targets and should adapt sessions to your abilities and the conditions. Templates are editable examples. Tempo is an organisational tool, not a medical service or a personalised training prescription. It does not guarantee performance improvements or injury prevention. Avoid using the screen when it would distract you from safe activity.
Content and software
You retain your rights to your own content and must have the rights required to use and share content you enter. You may use Tempo for its intended purpose. Software, design and third-party assets remain subject to their respective intellectual-property rights and applicable licences.
Local data and third parties
You can stop using the app and delete its data at any time. Uninstalling or clearing storage removes local sessions; text sharing is not a restorable backup. See the privacy policy.
A future Garmin integration will depend on availability and the necessary permissions. No current synchronisation or Garmin endorsement is promised. Other services you choose to share with are independent.
Responsibility and changes
We aim to provide a functional service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Applicable liability rules apply. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.
Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they apply; fresh acceptance will be requested where required. You may stop using Tempo if you do not accept changes.
Applicable law
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. These terms do not remove any court jurisdiction or legal remedy to which you are entitled.
